PUSD’s 2nd lottery application period starts Monday, March 4 at 9:00 AM, and ends at 4:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024. The 2nd lottery is only for families* who missed the chance to submit an Open Enrollment application during the January (1st lottery) application period. If you already submitted an Open Enrollment application, you do NOT submit another application; if you did not receive your top choice, you will remain waitlisted for your preferred school(s).

*Like the 1st lottery, the 2nd lottery is open to families who live in the Pasadena Unified School District, and to PUSD and City of Pasadena employees. (Out-of-district residents will need to wait until March 25 to apply for an inter-district permit.)
