Save the date: Monday, Oct. 7, 2024 - for a live candidate forum with candidates running for the School Board’s two contested races: for Trustee Areas 2 & 6. (The race for Trustee Area 4 is uncontested.) The forum will take place in the School District’s board room, with plans to livestream the event as well as post a recording for later viewing.

PEN is hosting this forum in cooperation with the PTA Council, the African American Parent Council, the Community Advisory Committee, and Foster Youth Council. The League of Women Voters, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, will moderate the forum.
