The Foster Youth Council meets monthly during the school year. This month’s mid-day meeting is 11:30 am to 1 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 12, and will be held using Google meet: meet.google.com/hnn-mpea-fnw. Here is the agenda.

FYC meetings are open to the community, and provide connections for caregivers with the school district as well as other organizations who support the young people in our care. Parent voices are centered in our meetings with time dedicated to addressing immediate needs and creating connections to services. Meetings alternate between mid-day (11:30 am to 1 pm) and evening (6-7:30pm), with most mid-day meetings being virtual, and evening sessions being offered in a hybrid format, with an in-person and remote option.
