Public comment is limited to 3 minutes per speaker (may be reduced to 2 minutes to keep the total time to 30 minutes max.) In your comments, please provide no more than 450 words to keep within the three-minute time limit. Please indicate if you would prefer your comment read at the agendized item or during general public comment.
