* Setting up our Students for Success (15 minutes) - Dr. Decuir, Director of Operations, Harambee
* Empowering Black Families in the Educational Space (15 minutes) - Nakeya Fields, LCSW and Jason Betts, ACSW from Therapeutic Play Foundation and the Black Mental Health Task Force

The AAPC honors and embraces the identity and experiences of Pasadena Unified School District’s African-American families, advocates for the cultural acceptance of all, and mobilizes and engages all stakeholders to transform the system to ensure a high-quality education for every student. AAPC meetings are open to all.
