The first phase of Open Enrollment begins today with Priority Registration for siblings, students continuing in a magnet or special program; and Special Lottery for students currently attending closing schools. • Priority Registration takes place at school sites and ends on January 10. (Check with school site for registration hours - note that schools will not be open for registration during the winter break, Dec. 20-Jan.5.)

• The Special Lottery is only for students who will be displaced from closing schools (Franklin, Jefferson, Roosevelt, and Wilson). It takes place online and ends on Friday, Jan. 3.
