Many PUSD schools and families participate in Pasadena’s annual Latino Heritage Parade & Jamaica (festival). Sponsored by the City of Pasadena Human Services and Recreation Department and the Latino Heritage Committee, this year’s 21st annual Latino Heritage event takes place Saturday, October 19, beginning with the Parade at 10 AM at the corner of Washington Park, heading west to North Los Robles Avenue and down Villa Street, culminating at Villa Parke’s Multi-Purpose Field with cultural activities, food, music, and dance from noon to 4 PM. This year’s theme “Latinos in the
