Families with GATE-identified students are invited to participate in a GATE Enrichment evening held at Jackson STEM/Dual Language Magnet Academy on Wednesday, January 30, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. The evening includes a workshop for parents: “Growth Mindset for Gifted: Partnerships for Potential,” led by District Arts and Enrichment Coordinator Karen Anderson. At the same time, students will participate in specially designed enrichment classes taught by GATE-certified PUSD teachers. There will also be a class geared toward younger (K-1) students - this event is for the WHOLE FAMILY.
